participate, all campers must submit a current copy of their
immunization records and health record as per Massachusetts
Department of Public Health regulations. |
| Online Registration Cancellation Policy |

Cancelled online camp and program registrations, other than
those made due to changes or cancellations directed
specifically by MLS Camps, will incur a $25 cancellation
fee. |

Active.com (MLS Camps online
registration provider) charges a small fee to process each participant's
registration and credit card. The processing fee is
NOT determined by MLS Camps. It is applied to an entire order. (current fees: 6.5% of total camp fee + 50c) |
